BT-302, a cutting-edge marvel in concrete technology! Introducing our fast-releasing, slump-retaining mother liquor, engineered from TPEG using state-of-the-art free radical polymerization. This remarkable, innovative product integrates a new sustained-release group within its synthesis process. In the alkaline environment of concrete, BT-302's slow-releasing group gradually releases a dispersive function group, masterfully maintaining cement dispersion. This process results in a significant inhibition of concrete slump loss. While BT-302 boasts a lower water reduction rate, its unparalleled slump protection performance stands unequaled. It is typically used in tandem with water-reducing mother liquors like JS-101B and JS-101A. BT-302 is particularly beneficial in high-strength concrete applications that demand top-tier slump protection. It truly shines in an array of engineering marvels, including pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting concrete, and high-strength, high-performance concrete. It is the preferred choice for commercial concrete applications in high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other grand engineering projects.
2. Enjoy unrivaled slump performance, allowing concrete to retain its slump for an impressive 2 hours without any slump loss.
3. While it features a low water reduction rate and necessitates combination with water-reduction-type mother liquors, the outstanding results are self-evident.
4. With its low viscosity and thixotropy, BT-302 is perfectly tailored for concrete applications with a low water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302 finds extensive application in high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, making it indispensable for national large-scale and key projects.
3. Ideal for a multitude of industrial and civil construction projects, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations. Its versatility is boundless.
1. This product is a clear or light yellow liquid, typically used by combining 0-20% mother liquor with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, it can be blended with other small materials to create a water-reducing agent. The dosage of this agent generally constitutes 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to utilizing BT-302 or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, it's essential to conduct adaptability testing with the specific cement and gravel. Based on the test results, formulate an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While BT-302 can be used alone, it is often not recommended. It seamlessly combines with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, it can be paired with functional aids to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology should guide application methods and conditions.
4. BT-302 harmonizes beautifully with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing before use, and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Define concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During use, incorporate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer at the same time, following mixing tests to ensure concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
