Guidelines for Optimal Use
- This cutting-edge product is presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Suggested Dosage Parameters are as follows: generally, , 5%-30% of the core mother liquor is mixed with minor ingredients to create a potent water-reducing agent..The recommended dosage for the water-reducing agent is between 1% and 3% of the total weight of the cementitious material..
- Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel before using or altering cement and gravel types or batches. Adjust the water-reducing agent formulation based on these test results..
- This versatile product can be utilized independently or combined with slow-release mother liquor to counteract concrete slump loss (use less slow-release mother liquor compared to JS-101B). Alternatively, blend it with functional additives to develop admixtures that offer retarding, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Tailor application methods and conditions through expert formulation and testing.
- It seamlessly integrates with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entrainingagents, retarders, and more, ensuring pre-use testing is performed. Avoid combining it with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete Cement and mix ratios should be determined through testing. During use, incorporate mixed and measured water simultaneously with the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests to validate concrete quality.
- Calculate water-reducing agent quantities based on the total cementitious material when active admixtures like fly ash and slag are included in concrete mix ratios.
