1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Usage involves 0-20% of mother liquor mixed with water-reducing mother liquor and other additives. Typically, the water-reducing agent is 1% ~ 3% of the total cementitious material weight.
2. Conduct compatibility tests with cement and aggregates before use or when changing materials to fine-tune the water-reducing agent's formula.
3. Use solo (not recommended) or blend with other mother liquors and functional aids to enhance properties such as retardation, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Define methods and conditions through testing and compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with various admixtures like early strength and air-entrainment agents, but avoid combinations with naphthalene series water reducers. Pre-use testing is crucial.
5. Determine concrete cement and mixture ratios through testing. Ensure blending and water addition occur simultaneously during mixing. Conduct a mixing test prior to ensure concrete quality.
