2. Conduct thorough adaptability tests prior to use or when changing cement and gravel types or batches. Use test results to accurately formulate the water-reducing agent concentration for best performance.
3. Use this product as a standalone solution or in conjunction with a slow-release mother liquor to effectively combat concrete slump loss. It can be combined with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures providing retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Ensure application methods are verified through rigorous testing and appropriate compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with a variety of admixtures, including early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders. Important: Do not mix with naphthalene series water reducers. Testing prior to usage is highly recommended.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through meticulous testing. During application, simultaneously add the precise amount of water to the concrete mixer. Carry out preliminary mixing tests to guarantee superior concrete quality.
6. For mixes utilizing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total weight of cementitious materials to ensure optimal performance.
