BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (slump retaining) stands as a groundbreaking advancement, meticulously crafted by Shandong Gaoqiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. This novel superplasticizer is formulated from a specially developed polycarboxylate mother liquor, synthesized with the latest imported additives. The innovative synthesis process is a result of robust technical collaborations with leading polyether manufacturers, introducing a pioneering catalyst and control system, all engineered with a scientifically optimized molecular structure.
To cater to the diverse needs of our esteemed clientele, Gaoqiang has ingeniously designed a next-generation polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer. This product not only retains slump but also offers remarkable dispersibility, tailored specifically for freshly mixed concrete. Drawing on the latest methodologies in superplasticizer application and reactive polymer research, the design alters admixture adsorption behaviors and innovatively structures polymers. The unique chemical architecture mirrors graft copolymer admixtures but boasts longer graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and strategically positioned ester cross-linking points within its copolymer structure.
The copolymer molecules feature elongated polyethylene glycol side chains, providing significant steric hindrance, thereby decelerating the physical aggregation of cement particles. Furthermore, a minimal amount of polymer adsorption at the cement-water interface endows the mix with enhanced dispersibility. The ester cross-linking points within the copolymer undergo hydrolysis in the alkaline cement environment, progressively liberating low molecular weight copolymers that enhance dispersibility within the cement-water matrix. This dynamic supplementation counterbalances superplasticizer consumption by C3A and C4AF, sustaining the superplasticizer in a critical micelle state and mitigating substantial slump loss.
Performance Characteristics:
(1) This product ensures no slump loss after 1 hour and retains over 80% of the original slump after 2 hours, addressing the challenge of rapid slump loss and fulfilling slump retention needs, even under demanding conditions.
(2) It enhances the concrete's workability, offering high fluidity that facilitates easy pouring and compacting while significantly reducing viscosity, making it ideal for pumping applications.
(3) Environmentally conscious, the production process generates no wastewater, noxious gas, or solid waste, aligning with sustainable practices.
(4) Demonstrates wide-ranging compatibility with various cement types including Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash cement, *** ash cement, and a range of admixtures.

Usage Guidelines:

(1) The recommended experimental dosage ranges from 0.5% to 1.0% by weight of cementitious material. It is advisable to determine the optimal dosage through thorough testing, considering the specific characteristics of cement and aggregates.
(2) The superplasticizer may be dissolved in water and combined with other additives, or directly introduced to the concrete mix. For optimal results, it is recommended to add it post-compounding.
(3) It can be effectively used in conjunction with various retarders and slump retention agents; however, it is not recommended to mix with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to prevent performance degradation.

Packing, Storage and Transport
1. This liquid product is available in plastic drums (230 kg/drum) or 1000 Liter IBC tanks, with bulk options available to meet customer specifications.

3. JS-103 polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months when stored properly or kept undercover.
