JS-103 High Range Water Reducing Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

PCE JS-103 is an eco-friendly, next-generation high-performance solution polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer , designed with a comb shape. The innovative main chains of this high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecularly adhere to cement granule surfaces, effectively curbing hydration, enhancing flow retention capabilities, and offering unprecedented dispersal and water-reducing effects. The dual roles of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion played by branch chains surrounding the cement granules set it apart from conventional water-reducing agents.

Application Recommendation:

Can be utilized independently or in synergy with other polycarboxylate superplasticizers.
Recommended dosage is between 0.05% to 0.3% of the binding materials' weight, considering the solid content of the product. Sodium gluconate is advised for setting-time adjustments if necessary.

Storage:Store in a ventilated, dry warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC with intact packaging. Unopened, its shelf life is one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.
