1. As a colorless or light yellow liquid, typically incorporate 0-20% of this mother liquor with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, blend with other materials to craft a water-reducing agent. The standard dosage of this agent is generally 1% to 3% of the total cementing material's weight.
2. Before employing BT-302 or modifying the type and batch of cement and gravel, conducting adaptability tests with specific cement and gravel is crucial. Based on results, an optimal water-reducing agent proportion can be formulated.
3. While BT-302 can function alone, it is often not advisable. It integrates effortlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize slump loss. Alternatively, pair it with functional additives to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology should guide its application.
4. BT-302 blends harmoniously with other admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through comprehensive testing before use. Refrain from mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During application, integrate the pre-mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer, after conducting mixing tests to ensure top-notch concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
