Introducing BT-302, a cutting-edge, fast-releasing, and slump-retaining mother liquor engineered from TPEG utilizing free radical polymerization. This innovative product incorporates a new sustained-release group within its synthesis. In the alkaline environment of concrete, the slow-releasing group in BT-302's molecular structure gradually liberates a dispersive function group, effectively maintaining cement dispersion. This results in significant inhibition of concrete slump loss. Although BT-302 has a low water reduction rate, its exceptional slump protection performance is second to none. Typically, it is used in conjunction with water-reducing mother liquors such as JS-101B and JS-101A. BT-302 is particularly advantageous in high-strength concrete applications demanding superior slump protection. It finds its niche in a variety of engineering marvels, including pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting concrete, high-strength high-performance concrete, and commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other grand engineering projects.
2. Enjoy unmatched slump performance, enabling concrete to retain its slump for an impressive 2 hours without any loss.
3. While its low water reduction rate necessitates combination with water-reduction-type mother liquor, the results speak volumes.
4. Thanks to its low viscosity and thixotropy, BT-302 is optimally suited for concrete with a low water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302 finds extensive application in high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, making it indispensable for national large-scale and key projects.
3. Ideal for a multitude of industrial and civil construction projects, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations. Its versatility knows no bounds.
1. This product is a colorless or light yellow liquid. Typically, use 0-20% mother liquor in combination with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, blend with other small materials to create a water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent dosage generally constitutes 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to utilizing BT-302 or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, adaptability testing with the specific cement and gravel is essential. Based on the test outcomes, formulate an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While BT-302 can be used singly, it is often not recommended. It combines seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair it with functional aids to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology should dictate application methods and conditions.
4. BT-302 harmonizes with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing prior to use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be defined by testing. During use, integrate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer concurrently, after conducting mixing tests to guarantee concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
