How to Use

1. This product is available as a colorless or faint yellow liquid. Usage typically involves 0-30% mother liquor combined with water-reducing mother liquor, integrating additional elements to formulate a water-reducing agent. The agent's dosage generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to deployment or when altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, performing compatibility tests with these materials is crucial. Test outcomes should guide the formulation of water-reducing agent proportions.
3. Though primarily used in conjunction with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors, BT-303 can independently function in reducing concrete slump loss. Additionally, it can be compounded with functional aids to craft admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping functions. Testing and formulation technology should inform application methods and conditions.
4. Integrating BT-303 with other admixtures, such as early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders, is feasible post-testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers to ensure optimal performance.
