How to Use

1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the BT-303 dosage typically involves 0-30% mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor, complemented by other small materials to create a water-reducing agent. Usage ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementing materials.
2. Prior to application, conduct adaptability tests with varying cement and gravel types to determine the ideal water-reducing agent formulation.
3. BT-303 can be used alone, although combining it with water-reducing or retarding mother liquors enhances its efficacy. By compounding with functional aids, it offers retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping functions. Always establish the appropriate application methods and conditions through testing and compounding technology.
4. Compatible with various admixtures, including early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Conduct tests prior to use to ensure compatibility, avoiding naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During use, integrate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct a mixing test beforehand to guarantee concrete quality and performance.
