The synthesis process is a result of strategic technical collaboration with leading polyether manufacturers, yielding a sophisticated catalyst and control system that features a meticulously engineered molecular structure.
To cater to diverse client requirements, Gaoqiang proudly presents a revolutionary polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining), engineered for superior slump retention and exceptional dispersibility. Rooted in a profound understanding of slump loss dynamics in fresh concrete, this innovation draws from advanced superplasticizer post-addition techniques and cutting-edge reactive polymer research. By strategically altering admixture adsorption behavior and meticulously designing its polymer structure, this product mirrors graft copolymer admixtures while boasting longer graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and ester cross-linking points for unparalleled performance.
The copolymer's extended polyethylene glycol side chains impart significant steric hindrance, effectively decelerating the physical aggregation of cement particles. Usage Guidelines:

(1) For optimal results, a recommended experimental dosage is 0.5% - 1.0% (by weight of cementitious material). It is advisable to determine the precise dosage through testing, considering the specific characteristics of cement and aggregates.
(2) The superplasticizer is versatile, either dissolvable in water and combinable with other additives, or directly incorporable into concrete mixtures. For best results, it is recommended to add post-compounding.
(3) Compatible with various retarders and slump retention agents, but should not be mixed with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to preserve its superior performance.

Packing, Storage, and Transport:
1. This product is available in liquid form, packaged in durable plastic drums of 230 kg, or 1000 Liter IBC tanks. Bulk options are available to meet customer-specific requirements.
