2. Prior to usage or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct exhaustive adaptability tests. Use the results to precisely tailor the water-reducing agent concentration for maximum performance.
3. Utilize as a standalone solution or combine with a slow-release mother liquor to effectively counter concrete slump loss. Pair with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures that provide retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping abilities. Ensure thorough validation of application methods through rigorous testing and precise compounding techniques.
4. Fully compatible with a broad spectrum of admixtures, including early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders. Note: Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers. Rigorous pre-use testing is strongly advised.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through comprehensive testing. During application, simultaneously add the precise water amount to the concrete mixer. Conduct preliminary mixing tests to ensure superior concrete quality.
6. For mixes using active admixtures like fly ash and slag, base the water-reducing agent dosage on the total weight of cementitious materials to ensure peak performance.
