BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (slump retaining) is an innovative blend of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, crafted from the pioneering mother liquor developed by Shandong Gaoqiang New Material Technology Co., LTD., enriched with premium imported additives. Our advanced synthesis process, executed in collaboration with leading polyether manufacturers, has resulted in a groundbreaking catalyst and control system, featuring a scientifically engineered molecular structure that elevates performance.
In response to diverse customer requirements, Gaoqiang has engineered a cutting-edge polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining) that excels in retaining slump while providing exceptional dispersibility. Drawing upon the principles of slump loss in freshly mixed concrete, this product merges insights from post-addition superplasticizer methods and reactive polymer research. By altering admixture adsorption behavior and crafting a precisely tailored polymer structure, this superplasticizer mirrors the chemical structure of graft copolymer admixtures, enhanced by longer graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and strategic ester cross-linking points within the copolymer matrix.
The extended polyethylene glycol side chains within the copolymer molecules deliver robust steric hindrance, effectively decelerating the physical aggregation of cement particles. A minimal polymer presence at the cement-water interface ensures optimal dispersibility. As the ester cross-linking points hydrolyze within the alkaline cement environment, they release low molecular weight copolymers with dispersing capabilities into the cement-water matrix, offsetting superplasticizer consumption due to C3A and C4AF interactions, sustaining it in a critical micelle state to avert significant slump loss.

Usage Guidelines:

(1) For experimentation, a dosage of 0.5% - 1.0% (by weight of cementitious material) is recommended. Determine the optimal dosage through testing, considering the specific characteristics of cement, aggregates, and other variables.
(2) The superplasticizer can be dissolved in water and combined with other additives, or directly incorporated into the concrete mix. For optimal results, it is recommended to add it post-compounding.
(3) Compatible with a variety of retarders and slump retention agents. Avoid mixing with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to maintain superior performance.
(4) Our dedicated technical team offers on-site guidance to ensure proper usage and effective compounding.
Packing, Storage and Transport
1. This product is available as a liquid, packaged in plastic drums of 230 kg/drum, or 1000 Liter / IBC tank. Bulk options available upon customer request.
2. Non-toxic and non-flammable, this product should be stored in a dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality.
3.JS-103 polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored or under cover.
