     BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (Slump Retaining) 
BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (slump retaining) represents a breakthrough in modern concrete technology. Crafted with a novel mother liquor developed by Shandong Gaoqiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with top-tier upstream polyether manufacturers, this superplasticizer incorporates advanced imported additives. It features a pioneering catalyst and control system, with a molecular structure meticulously engineered to enhance performance.
In response to diverse customer demands, Gaoqiang has innovatively crafted a polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining) that not only preserves slump but also enhances dispersibility. This cutting-edge design leverages insights into slump loss in freshly mixed concrete, blending post-addition superplasticizer methodologies with reactive polymer research. By modifying admixture adsorption behavior and tailoring polymer structures, this product mimics graft copolymer admixtures with extended graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and ester cross-linking points, delivering exceptional performance.
Featuring long polyethylene glycol side chains, our copolymer molecules create a steric hindrance effect, effectively slowing cement particle aggregation. A minimal polymer presence at the cement-water interface ensures optimal dispersibility. The ester cross-linking points within these copolymers hydrolyze in alkaline cement environments, gradually releasing low molecular weight copolymers that boost dispersing capabilities. This ingenious mechanism counteracts superplasticizer depletion by C3A and C4AF, maintaining the superplasticizer in a critical micelle state, and significantly mitigating slump loss.
Performance Characteristics:
(1) Remarkable slump retention properties: no slump loss after 1 hour and over 80% of initial slump retained after 2 hours. This effectively addresses rapid slump loss in concrete, fulfilling special condition requirements.
(2) Delivers superior concrete workability, with high fluidity ensuring easy pouring and compacting. It significantly reduces concrete viscosity, making it ideal for pumping applications.

Usage Guidelines:

(1) For optimal results, a recommended dosage of 0.5% - 1.0% (by weight of cementitious material) is suggested, with precise determination achieved through testing based on specific cement and aggregate characteristics.
(2) The superplasticizer can either be dissolved in water and combined with other additives or directly mixed into concrete. For best results, incorporation after compounding is advised.
(3) Compatible with various retarders and slump retention agents, though not recommended for use with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to ensure peak performance.
