Application

HOW TO USE
- This product manifests as a clear or light yellow liquid. Recommended Dosage as follows: typically, 5%-30% of the mother liquor should be blended with other minor components to formulate a water-reducing agent.The recommended dosage of the water-reducing agent ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
- Before utilizing this product or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, conducting an adaptability test is crucial to determine the ideal water-reducing agent proportion..
- It can be used solo or in tandem with slow-release mother liquor to diminish concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, the amount of slow-release mother liquor requires adjustment). Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries for admixtures offering retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities, with testing and compounding technology guiding application methods.
- Compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, retarders, etc. Pre-application testing is advised. Avoid combining with naphthalene-based water reducers.
- Concrete Cement and mix ratios must be determined through testing. During use, water should be mixed or added simultaneously with the concrete mixer. Pre-use mixing tests are essential to ensure concrete quality.
- In cases where active admixtures like fly ash and slag are present, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious materials.
