Recommended Usage:
The recommended dosage for this Product is between 0.3-1.0 liters per 100kg of binders, based on undiluted solution. It is advised to dilute according to your specific application needs. The optimum dosage may vary depending on concrete property requirements and materials; determine it through trials with your specific materials and conditions.
Side effects of Overdosing:
Overdosing may result in the segregation of concrete materials, significantly reducing the concrete strength below target values.
Compatibility:
Our entire PCE product line is well compatible with one another. For achieving higher water reduction or longer retention, blend with other types of PCE for optimal results. The product is compatible with LignoSulfonate-based plasticizers but NOT with SNF-based ones.
Storage & Handling
Store the Product at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight. When stored in its original, unopened container, it maintains a shelf life of twelve (12) months. If frozen, gently agitate until it returns to a liquid state.
Packing
Available in Bulk (21,000 Kgs/Flexi Tank) or 1,100 Kgs/IBC containers.
Precautions
The Product is free of hazardous materials and is transport class free. Standard handling procedures are recommended, including wearing gloves and eye protection. Rinse any splashes to the skin with soap and water at the end of shifts or during breaks. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for further details.
