Recommended Usage Guidelines:
For best results, combine with High Range Water Reducing PolyCarboxylate Ether such as TriStar PCE WR50 in a 1:3 ratio. Recommended dosage is 0.2-1.0 liters per 100 kg of binders, based on an undiluted solution. Dilution per application is advised. Sodium gluconate can adjust setting time if needed. Trials may determine optimal dosage based on specific concrete properties and materials.
Potential Side Effects of Overdosing:
Excessive use can lead to the segregation of concrete materials, resulting in significantly reduced strength below target values.
Compatibility Insights:
Our entire PCE product range is fully compatible with each other. For enhanced water reduction or extended retention, blending with other PCE types is suggested to achieve desired outcomes. Compatible with LignoSulfonate-based plasticizers, but NOT with SNF-based ones.
Storage & Handling Instructions:
Store at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight. Keeps for twelve months if stored in the original unopened container. If frozen, slowly agitate until melted.
