Introducing the BT-302, a state-of-the-art, rapid-releasing, and slump-retaining superplasticizer crafted from TPEG through revolutionary free radical polymerization. This groundbreaking product is uniquely formulated with a novel sustained-release component, ensuring that in the alkaline conditions of concrete, the slow-releasing group within BT-302's molecular architecture systematically unveils a dispersive function group. This sophisticated mechanism effectively preserves cement dispersion, substantially curbing concrete slump loss. Despite BT-302's modest water reduction rate, its unparalleled ability to safeguard slump performance is unmatched. It typically partners with water-reducing superplasticizers like JS-101B and JS-101A, proving especially beneficial in high-strength concrete scenarios necessitating top-tier slump protection. BT-302 emerges as a vital asset in a variety of pioneering engineering feats, including pumping concrete, super-fluid self-compacting concrete, and high-performance high-strength concrete, as well as commercial concrete applications for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other monumental engineering ventures.
2. Revel in unrivaled slump performance, allowing concrete to sustain its slump for an extraordinary 2 hours with no reduction.
3. Although its low water reduction rate requires combination with a water-reduction-type mother liquor, the outcomes are remarkably impressive.
4. With its low viscosity and thixotropy, BT-302 is ideally designed for concrete with a reduced water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302 boasts extensive applicability in high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservation projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, rendering it indispensable for national large-scale and priority projects.
3. Perfect for an array of industrial and civil construction endeavors, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations. Its versatility is virtually limitless.
1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Generally, use 0-20% mother liquor in tandem with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, blend with other minor materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent dosage usually ranges from 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Before deploying BT-302 or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, it's crucial to conduct adaptability testing with the specific cement and gravel. The test results should inform the formulation of an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. Although BT-302 can be used alone, it is generally not advisable. It blends seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair it with functional additives to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capacities. Application methods and conditions should be guided by testing and compounding technology.
4. BT-302 synergizes with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Confirm compatibility through testing before use and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios must be determined through testing. During use, incorporate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer at the same time, following mixing tests to ensure superior concrete quality.
6. When using active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent quantity as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
