3. Ideal for industrial and civil construction sites and commercial concrete mixing stations, offering versatility and reliability.
1. This vibrant colorless or light yellow liquid is recommended in dosages of 5%-30% of mother liquor, blended with other materials to formulate a proficient water-reducing agent. The typical dosage ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to deployment or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct an adaptability test with these materials. Formulate the optimal proportion of the water-reducing agent based on your findings.
3. This product offers flexibility; use it independently or in synergy with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (note: adjust slow-release mother liquor usage lower than JS-101B's). Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with diverse functionalities like retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Base application methods and conditions on thorough testing and compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Crucially, conduct testing before use. Caution: Do not mix with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through rigorous testing. During usage, ensure that mixed and measured water is either added or synchronized with the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests to guarantee top-tier concrete quality.
6. When utilizing active admixtures like fly ash and slag in concrete ratios, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material weight.
Storage: Ensure optimal storage conditions in a ventilated, dry warehouse at 2-35ºC. Keep packaging intact, unsealed, with a shelf life of one year. Shield from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
