1. This product is a light yellow or colorless liquid. Recommended dosage: Mix 0-20% mother liquor with water-reducing mother liquor and other small components to fabricate a water-reducing agent. Generally, the water-reducing agent should constitute 1% to 3% of the total cementing materials' weight.
2. Prior to use or when changing cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests with these materials to determine the appropriate water-reducing agent proportions.
3. While this product can be used alone (though it is typically combined), it is most effective when mixed with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors, or other functional aids to produce admixtures with varying properties like retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Determine application methods and conditions through thorough testing and compounding technology.
4. Compatible with a range of admixtures including early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Conduct compatibility testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Determine the concrete cement and mix ratio through testing. During use, add the mixed and measured water simultaneously with the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests to ensure concrete quality.
6. For concrete mixtures containing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementing materials.
Packaging options include 220 kgs per drum, 24.5 tons per Flexitank, or 1000 kg/bulk container (IBC), with customization available upon request.
Storage: Keep in a ventilated, dry warehouse between 2-35ºC with packaging intact and sealed for a shelf life of one year. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
