1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the dosage typically involves 0-20% mother liquor combined with water-reducing mother liquor and other minor ingredients to create a water-reducing agent. Generally, 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight is optimal for the water-reducing agent.
2. Prior to implementation or altering cement and gravel types and batches, perform a compatibility test with these materials. Formulate the ideal water-reducing agent ratio based on test results.
3. This product can be used individually, though it is often combined with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to mitigate concrete slump loss, or with functional additives to achieve specific admixture properties like retarder, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be guided by testing and formulation techniques.
4. Compatible with various admixtures such as early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders, testing is recommended before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene-based water reducers.
