Additionally, blend with other minor materials to create a water-reducing agent. The dosage of the water-reducing agent generally constitutes 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to employing BT-302 or modifying the type and batch of cement and gravel, it is crucial to conduct adaptability testing with the specified cement and gravel. Based on the test results, craft an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. While BT-302 can be utilized independently, it is often not recommended. It harmonizes impeccably with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair it with functional aids to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities.
