1. JS-104 is a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended dosage varies: typically, use 10%-40% of the mother liquor to blend with other small materials for the water-reducing agent. Generally, the dosage of water-reducing agent is 1% to 3% of the total cementitious materials' weight.
2. Prior to application or when altering the cement and gravel type/batch, conduct an adaptability test to determine the optimal water-reducing agent proportion.
3. Employ JS-104 alone or in combination with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (reduce slow-release mother liquor amount compared to JS-101B); alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries for admixtures featuring retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping functions. Application method and conditions should be verified through testing and compounding technology.
4. JS-104 is compatible with various admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing prior to use and avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
