1. Offered as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the suggested dosage ranges from 10%-40% of mother liquor combined with other materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. Typically, the agent constitutes 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious substances.
2. Prior to utilization, or when switching cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests to align the water-reducing agent proportions accordingly.
3. Employ this product solo or in synergy with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (reduce slow-release mother liquor compared to JS-101B). Alternatively, compound with functional auxiliaries for admixtures offering retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functions, guided by empirical testing and formulation technology.
4. Can be combined with other admixtures like early strength, air entraining, or retarder agents, subject to pre-use testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete mix designs should be test-derived, ensuring mixed and measured water is added concurrently with the concrete mixer. Pre-use mixing tests are vital for quality assurance.
6. For mixtures containing active admixtures such as fly ash or slag, calculate water-reducing agent amounts based on the total cementitious material weight.
Packaging Options: Available in 220kgs/drum, 24.5 tons/Flexitank, 1000kg/IBC, or as per request.
Storage Guidelines: Store in a ventilated, dry area between 2-35ºC, ensuring the packaging remains intact and unsealed. The product boasts a one-year shelf life. Shield from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
