1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, JS-110 is recommended for use in dosages ranging from 5% to 30% of the mother liquor. Integrate it with other materials to craft an effective water-reducing agent, typically at 1% to 3% of the total cementitious materials by weight.
2. Prior to introducing JS-110 or altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct an adaptability test to fine-tune the water-reducing agent's formulation, ensuring optimal synergy with the selected materials.
3. JS-110's versatility allows it to be used solo or in harmony with slow-release mother liquor for minimized concrete slump loss. Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries to enhance properties like retardation, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Tailor the application through meticulous testing and compounding technology.
4. Compatibility with other admixtures, including early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders, is ensured with JS-110. However, avoid mixing with naphthalene water reducers. Always conduct a compatibility test before use.
5. Determine the ideal concrete mix and cement ratio through testing. During application, mix with water or add simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct a preliminary mixing test to assure concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious material weight, ensuring comprehensive integration.
Storage: Maintain in a ventilated, dry environment within 2-35ºC, with packaging intact to preserve a one-year shelf life. Safeguard the product from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
