Usage Guidelines:

(1) It is recommended to experiment with a dosage ranging from 0.5% to 1.0% by weight of cementitious material. The optimal amount should be determined through testing, taking into account the specific characteristics of cement and aggregates.
(2) The superplasticizer is versatile in application, either dissolvable in water and compatible with other additives, or directly incorporated into concrete mixtures. For optimal results, it is advised to add it post-compounding.
(3) This product can be effectively combined with various retarders and slump retention agents. However, it is not recommended to mix with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives, as they may compromise performance.
(4) Our dedicated technical team offers on-site guidance to ensure the correct usage and compounding of this product.
Packing, Storage and Transport:
1. This liquid product is securely packaged in plastic drums (230 kg per drum) or 1000 Liter IBC tanks. Bulk quantities are available to cater to customer specifications.
2. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable, requiring storage in a dry area away from direct sunlight to maintain its integrity.
3.JS-103 polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored or under cover.
