Introducing the BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (slump retaining), an innovative creation by Shandong Gaoqiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. This advanced superplasticizer is formulated from a pioneering polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor, which is further enhanced with premium imported additives. Our synthesis process, developed in collaboration with leading polyether manufacturers, features a groundbreaking catalyst and control system constructed with a meticulously designed molecular architecture.
To cater to diverse customer requirements, Gaoqiang has engineered a revolutionary polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining) that excels in both slump retention and dispersibility. Grounded in the principles of slump loss mitigation in fresh concrete, this product draws insights from post-addition superplasticizer techniques and the study of reactive polymers. By altering admixture adsorption behaviors and crafting a tailored polymer structure, this superplasticizer presents a chemical makeup akin to graft copolymer admixtures, boasting elongated graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and strategically positioned ester cross-linking within the copolymer framework.
The copolymer molecules' extended polyethylene glycol side chains create steric hindrance, effectively decelerating the physical clumping of cement particles. A modest amount of polymer, adsorbed at the cement-water interface, ensures a level of dispersibility. In an alkaline cement environment, the copolymer's ester cross-links gradually hydrolyze, releasing low molecular weight copolymers with dispersant properties into the system. Guidelines for Optimal Usage:

(1) For experimentation, a recommended dosage ranges between 0.5% - 1.0% by weight of cementitious material. Optimal dosage should be ascertained through tests considering cement characteristics, aggregates, etc.
(2) The superplasticizer can either be dissolved in water and combined with other additives or directly incorporated into the concrete mix. It is advisable to add it post-compounding.
(3) Can be synergistically used with various retarders and slump retention agents. However, avoid mixing with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to prevent performance compromise.
