1. This colorless or light yellow liquid should be used within recommended dosages: typically, 5%-30% of the mother liquor mixed with other small materials forms the water-reducing agent. Generally, utilize 1%-3% of the total weight of cementitious materials for optimal results.
2. Prior to use, or when altering the type or batch of cement and gravel, conduct thorough adaptability tests to determine the precise water-reducing agent proportions.
3. Use this product independently or combined with slow-release mother liquor to manage concrete slump loss (note: reduce slow-release mother liquor compared to JS-101B). Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries for admixtures with unique properties such as retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functions. Application methods and conditions should be established through meticulous testing and compounding technology.
4. This versatile product can be paired with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, or retarders, following pre-use testing. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios must be determined through testing. When deploying, either add mixed and measured water concurrently or directly into the concrete mixer. Ensure a mixing test is performed beforehand to uphold concrete quality.
6. In cases where active admixtures like fly ash and slag are present in the concrete mix, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious materials.
Storage Instructions: Maintain in a ventilated, dry warehouse environment at temperatures between 2-35ºC. Ensure the packaging remains intact and unsealed for a shelf life of one year. Shield from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
