BT-302 is a state-of-the-art, fast-releasing, and slump-retaining mother liquor, meticulously crafted from TPEG through advanced free radical polymerization. This remarkable product integrates a novel sustained-release group within its composition. In the alkaline concrete environment, the slow-releasing group embedded in BT-302's molecular framework incrementally releases a dispersive function group, maintaining cement dispersion efficiently. The result? Drastically reduced concrete slump loss. Although BT-302 boasts a modest water reduction rate, its extraordinary slump protection capabilities are unparalleled. It is often paired with water-reducing mother liquors like JS-101B and JS-101A. BT-302 is especially beneficial for high-strength concrete projects demanding supreme slump protection. It stands as a crucial player in a spectrum of engineering feats, from pumping concrete and high-flow self-compacting concrete to high-strength high-performance concrete, extending its prowess to commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other monumental engineering undertakings.
2. Benefit from unrivaled slump performance, allowing concrete to maintain its slump for an impressive 2 hours without loss.
3. Its low water reduction rate necessitates pairing with a water-reduction-type mother liquor, but the results are undeniable.
4. With low viscosity and thixotropy, BT-302 is ideally suited for concrete mixes with low water-cement ratios.

2. BT-302 is extensively applied in high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, rendering it indispensable for national large-scale and key projects.
3. It is ideal for a multitude of industrial and civil construction projects, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations, showcasing remarkable versatility.
1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Typically, use 0-20% mother liquor in conjunction with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, combine with other minor materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The dosage of the water-reducing agent is generally 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Before using BT-302 or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, conduct adaptability testing with the specific cement and gravel. Formulate an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent based on test results.
3. While BT-302 can be used independently, it is often not recommended. It pairs seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, combine it with functional aids to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology should guide application methods and conditions.
4. BT-302 synergizes with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Define concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During use, mix the combined and measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously, following mixing tests to ensure concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
