BT-302, the pinnacle of innovation in superplasticizers, is a fast-releasing and slump-retaining mother liquor crafted from TPEG through free radical polymerization. This remarkable product boasts a novel sustained-release group within its synthesis. In the alkaline environment of concrete, BT-302's slow-releasing group gradually liberates a dispersive function group, ensuring cement dispersal and significantly inhibiting concrete slump loss. Though it offers a low water reduction rate, its stellar slump protection performance is unparalleled. It is typically used alongside water-reducing mother liquors like JS-101B and JS-101A. BT-302 is an asset in high-strength concrete applications requiring supreme slump protection, making its mark in engineering marvels such as pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting concrete, high-strength high-performance concrete, and commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and other monumental engineering projects.
2. Revel in unmatched slump performance, enabling concrete to maintain its slump for a remarkable 2 hours without any loss.
3. While its low water reduction rate necessitates pairing with water-reducing mother liquor, the results are impressive and noteworthy.
4. With low viscosity and thixotropy, BT-302 is ideally suited for concrete with a low water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302's extensive applications cover high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, making it a cornerstone for national large-scale and key projects.
3. It is ideal for an array of industrial and civil construction projects, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations. Its versatility is truly boundless.
1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Typically, employ 0-20% mother liquor in combination with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, blend with other small materials to create a water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent dosage typically comprises 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Prior to using BT-302 or changing the type and batch of cement and gravel, adaptability testing with the specific cement and gravel is crucial. Based on the test outcomes, formulate an optimal proportion for the water-reducing agent.
3. BT-302 can be used on its own, though it's often not recommended. It combines seamlessly with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. Alternatively, pair it with functional aids to develop admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing and compounding technology should guide application methods and conditions.
4. BT-302 harmonizes with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure compatibility through testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Define concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During use, integrate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer concurrently, after conducting mixing tests to ensure concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent amount as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
