1. This product is a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended dosage guidelines: typically, 5%-30% of the mother liquor is blended with other minor components to formulate a water-reducing agent, with a usage rate of 1% - 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to use, or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests to establish optimal water-reducing agent proportions.
3. This versatile product can function independently or in synergy with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (requiring a reduced amount compared to JS-101B). It can also be compounded with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retardation, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping capabilities. Application techniques should be determined through testing.
4. Compatible with other admixtures, including early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure thorough testing before use. Note: avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers to maintain quality.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During application, add mixed and measured water simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests beforehand to guarantee concrete quality.
6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag into concrete ratios, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious materials.
Storage: Preserve in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC. Store in intact packaging away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions. With optimal storage, enjoy a shelf life of one year.
