Understanding the diverse demands of our customers, Gaoqiang has meticulously designed a cutting-edge polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining) that excels at maintaining slump while offering exceptional dispersibility. Rooted in the principles of slump loss in freshly mixed concrete, our design synergizes post-addition superplasticizer techniques and reactive polymer research. By innovatively altering admixture adsorption behavior and tailoring the polymer structure, this product mirrors graft copolymer admixtures but boasts longer graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and ester cross-linking points within its copolymer framework.

The copolymer molecules' extended polyethylene glycol side chains deliver effective steric hindrance, retarding the physical clumping of cement particles. Minimal polymer adsorption at the cement-water juncture ensures impressive dispersibility. Ester cross-linking points within copolymer molecules undergo hydrolysis in the alkaline cement medium, systematically releasing low molecular weight copolymers with potent dispersing functions into the cement-water matrix. Usage Guidelines:

(1) For experimentation, a recommended dosage is 0.5% - 1.0% by weight of the cementitious material. Optimal dosage should be determined through comprehensive testing based on the specific characteristics of cement, aggregates, and other variables.
(2) The superplasticizer can be dissolved in water and combined with other additives or directly incorporated into concrete for mixing. It is advisable to add it post-compounding for optimal results.
(3) Compatible with various retarders and slump retention agents, it is not recommended for use with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to prevent performance degradation.

Packing, Storage, and Transport:

1. Packaged in a liquid form using plastic drums of 230 kg/drum or 1000 Liter / IBC tanks, this product is also available in bulk to meet customer-specific requirements.

2. Non-toxic and non-flammable, this product should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its integrity.
