The BT-302 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (slump retaining) is an innovative, cutting-edge additive engineered by Shandong Gaoqiang New Material Technology Co., LTD. This superplasticizer is crafted from a pioneering polycarboxylate mother liquor and select imported additives. Our synthesis process benefits from strategic technical partnerships with leading polyether manufacturers, resulting in a newly developed catalyst and a sophisticated control system with a meticulously engineered molecular structure.
To cater to diverse customer demands, Gaoqiang has skillfully designed a novel polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining). This product not only retains slump effectively but also exhibits remarkable dispersibility. Drawing on the principles of slump loss in freshly mixed concrete, our design integrates insights from post-addition superplasticizer methods and reactive polymer research. By altering the adsorption behavior of admixtures and crafting a precise polymer structure, we deliver a product that mirrors graft copolymer admixtures. It features extended graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and ester cross-linking points within its copolymer framework.
Featuring extended polyethylene glycol side chains, our copolymer molecules create a steric hindrance effect, mitigating the physical aggregation of cement particles. A minimal polymer presence at the cement-water interface offers optimal dispersibility. The ester cross-linking points within the copolymer undergo hydrolysis in alkaline cement environments, progressively releasing low molecular weight copolymers with dispersing capabilities into the cement-water matrix. This compensates for superplasticizer consumption by C3A and C4AF, maintaining the product in a critical micelle state and effectively preventing significant slump loss.

Usage Guidelines:

(1) For experimental purposes, a recommended dosage of 0.5% - 1.0% (based on the weight of cementitious materials) is advised. Optimal dosage should be determined through testing, tailored to the specific characteristics of the cement and aggregates used.
(2) The superplasticizer can be seamlessly dissolved in water and combined with other additives, or directly introduced into the concrete mix. It is recommended to add it post-compounding for best results.
(3) Compatible for use with various retarders and slump retention agents. However, avoid mixing with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to preserve performance integrity.

Packing, Storage, and Transport:
1. This product is available in liquid form, packaged in a 230 kg plastic drum or a 1000-liter IBC tank. Bulk packaging options are also available to meet specific customer requirements.

3.JS-103 polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored or under cover.
