Created by the pioneering team at Shandong Gaoqiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., this state-of-the-art superplasticizer is derived from a cutting-edge polycarboxylate mother liquor. Enhanced with imported additives, the synthesis benefits from technical collaboration with top-tier polyether manufacturers, resulting in a novel catalyst and meticulously engineered control system based on a scientifically crafted molecular structure.
Shandong Gaoqiang caters to diverse customer requirements with its newly developed polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer (slump retaining). This breakthrough product not only retains slump but also ensures remarkable dispersibility. Grounded in the science of slump loss in fresh concrete, it leverages superplasticizer post-addition methods and insights into reactive polymers. By altering admixture adsorption behavior and tailoring polymer structures, it mimics graft copolymer admixtures, featuring extended graft side chains, reduced carboxyl group ratios, and strategic ester cross-linking points.
The copolymer structure of BT-302 boasts elongated polyethylene glycol side chains that create a steric hindrance effect, slowing the cement particles' physical aggregation. A slight polymer presence at the cement-water interface ensures optimal dispersibility. The ester cross-links within the copolymer hydrolyze in the alkaline cement milieu, gradually releasing low molecular weight copolymers that enhance dispersing functionality. Usage Guidelines:

(1) For experimentation, a dosage of 0.5% - 1.0% by weight of cementitious material is recommended. Conduct tests to determine the optimal dosage based on specific cement and aggregate characteristics.
(2) The superplasticizer can be dissolved in water and combined with other additives or directly added to the concrete mix. For best results, add after compounding.
(3) Compatible with various retarders and slump retention agents. However, avoid mixing with fatty acids, naphthalene-based, amino-based, or ion-based additives to maintain performance integrity.

Packing, Storage, and Transport
1. Packaged as a liquid in plastic drums (230 kg/drum) or 1000 Liter IBC tanks. Bulk options available to meet customer requirements.

3.JS-103 polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored or under cover.
