BT-302 is a revolutionary superplasticizer for concrete, designed as a fast-releasing mother liquor with unmatched slump retention properties. Developed from TPEG via advanced free radical polymerization, it introduces a novel sustained-release group within its structure. In the alkaline environment typical of concrete, BT-302's slow-releasing components gradually unleash a dispersive function group, maintaining optimal cement dispersion and effectively preventing slump loss. Though it features a modest water reduction rate, its slump protection is unparalleled. BT-302 is expertly used alongside water-reducing mother liquors like JS-101B and JS-101A, making it especially beneficial for high-strength concretes needing superior slump preservation. Ideal for a broad spectrum of engineering feats, it excels in pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting concrete, high-performance high-strength concrete, and commercial concrete applications across high-speed railways, expressways, hydro-power stations, and monumental engineering endeavors.
2. Benefit from unrivaled slump retention, ensuring concrete retains its slump for an exceptional 2 hours without any loss.
3. Despite its low water reduction capacity, when paired with water-reduction-type mother liquors, BT-302 delivers truly remarkable outcomes.
4. With its low viscosity and thixotropic properties, BT-302 is perfectly crafted for use in concrete with a low water-cement ratio.

2. BT-302 is extensively utilized across high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, expansive bridges, expressways, harbors, and wharves, establishing itself as a cornerstone for national large-scale and essential projects.
3. Suited for a wide array of industrial and civil building projects, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations, BT-302's adaptability is unparalleled.
1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Typically incorporate 0-20% of the mother liquor with a water-reducing mother liquor. Additionally, blend with other smaller materials to formulate a water-reducing agent, usually comprising 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Before applying BT-302 or switching cement and gravel types and batches, conducting adaptability tests is crucial. Based on these tests, an optimal water-reducing agent proportion should be determined.
3. While solo use of BT-302 is possible, it is often recommended to combine it with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors to minimize slump loss. Alternatively, use it with functional aids to craft admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Application methods and conditions should follow testing and compounding technology guidelines.
4. BT-302 seamlessly integrates with other admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Prior testing ensures compatibility. Avoid using with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios must be defined through rigorous testing. During application, incorporate the mixed and measured water into the concrete mixer simultaneously, post-mixing tests to assure optimal concrete quality.
6. When using active admixtures such as fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent as a percentage of the total cementing material weight.
