HOW TO USE
- This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, offering ease of use and versatile applications. Recommended Dosage as follows: generally, for optimal performance , 5%-30% of the mother liquor is combined with other small materials to create a highly effective water-reducing agent..Typically, the recommended dosage of the water-reducing agent is between 1% and 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials..
- Prior to usage or when altering the cement and gravel types or batches, conducting adaptability tests with these materials is essential. The test results should guide the formulation of the water-reducing agent proportion..
- This versatile product can be utilized standalone or in conjunction with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. (Notably, the usage quantity of slow-release mother liquor must be adjusted, especially when compared with JS-101B.) Alternatively, it may be blended with functional auxiliaries to produce admixtures offering retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping enhancements. The specific application methods and conditions should be established through rigorous testing and precise compounding technology.
- This product harmoniously combines with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, retarders, etc., and necessitates preliminary testing before usage.
