How to Use
- Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, this product offers simplicity and versatility in application. Recommended Dosage as follows: typically , 5%-30% mother liquor is mixed with other small materials to craft an effective water-reducing agent.The standard dosage ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency..
- Conduct an adaptability test with cement and gravel prior to use or when changing types and batches. This ensures tailored and efficient proportions for the water-reducing agent, based on specific conditions..
- Employ this product independently or in synergy with slow-release mother liquor to minimize concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, a reduced amount of slow-release mother liquor is required). Alternatively, combine with functional auxiliaries to achieve admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. The application method and conditions should be verified through testing and compounding technology.
- Compatible with various admixtures such as early strength agents, air-entraining agents, retarders, and more. Ensure compatibility through testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
- Concrete Determine the cement and mix ratio via testing. When applying, add the mixed and measured water to the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct a mixing test prior to ensure the concrete's quality and performance.
- For concrete mixtures containing active admixtures like fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total cementitious material volume.
