1. Applied as a light yellow liquid, BT-301 is typically utilized in a 0-20% mix with water-reducing mother liquor. Combine it with other key components to craft a potent water-reducing agent, generally used at 1%~3% of the total cementing materials' weight.
2. Conduct adaptability tests with cement and gravel prior to first use or when switching batches to determine optimal water-reducing agent proportions.
3. While BT-301 can be used alone, combining it with water-reducing and set-retarding mother liquors enhances concrete stability. For specialized admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities, testing and compounding technology will guide application methods.
4. Harmonize BT-301 with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders, ensuring compatibility through testing. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
