1. Presented as a colorless or light yellow liquid, BT-301 is dosed at 0-20% mother liquor with reducing water mother liquor to create a water-reducing agent. Typically, use 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementing materials for optimal results.
2. Conduct adaptability tests with cement and gravel before first use or when changing materials. Formulate the water-reducing agent proportion based on test results.
3. While primarily a blend component, BT-301 can be used alone for special needs. Combine with water-reducing and retarding mother liquors for enhanced performance, or create specialized admixtures for specific construction requirements.
4. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment, and retarders, BT-301 must be tested before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene-based reducers.
