1. This light yellow liquid's typical dosage ranges from 0-20% when combined with water-reducing mother liquors. Generally, a water-reducing agent composes 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Conduct compatibility tests with cement and gravel before applying or switching cement, gravel types, or batches. Adjust the water-reducing agent formulation according to test results.
3. While BT-301 can be used alone, it is typically combined with water-reducing or set retarding mother liquors to manage concrete slump loss. Enhance with functional aids for admixtures providing retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Final application methods should be verified through testing and compounding technologies.
4. Compatible with various admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders. Perform testing before combining. Not recommended for mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Adjust concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. Combine with mixed and measured water or add to concrete mixers simultaneously. Conduct mixing tests to ensure concrete quality.
