1. This light yellow liquid is used at 0-20% with reducing water mother liquor, combined with other materials to create a water-reducing agent, typically constituting 1% to 3% of the total cementing material weight.
2. Conduct preliminary adaptability tests with cement and gravel before usage or when altering cement/gravel batches to determine the optimal water-reducing agent ratio.
3. While single use is seldom recommended, BT-301 can be combined with water-reducing and set retarding mother liquors to effectively minimize slump loss. Additionally, composite with functional aids to create admixtures with retarding, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Testing and compounding technology will guide application methods.
4. BT-301 can be synergistically used with diverse admixtures like early strength agents, air entrainment agents, and retarders, with prior testing. Avoid combining with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During use, incorporate mixed and measured water simultaneously into the concrete mixer. Prior testing will secure concrete quality.
6. For concrete mixtures containing active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on total cementing materials.
Package: Available in 220 kg drums, 24.5-ton flexitanks and 1000 kg IBCs, or customized upon request.
Storage: Store in a ventilated, dry area between 2-35ºC with intact packaging. Shelf life extends to one year when protected from direct sunlight and freezing.
