The ingenious molecular design of BT-303 incorporates active groups like ester and amide groups, ensuring superior slump retention. In the concrete's alkaline environment, these ester groups gradually hydrolyze into carboxylic acid groups, which adsorb onto the cement particles' surface, providing an outstanding slow-release slump protection effect.

In concrete's alkaline milieu, the reactive groups within BT-303's molecular framework release dispersing agents gradually, continuously dispersing the cement. This innovative action effectively curtails concrete slump loss, ensuring stability and performance.

How To Use

 
 

1. The recommended dosage varies between 0.6%~1.2% based on the total cementitious material volume, with optimal amounts determined through experimental trials. BT-303 can be used in conjunction with other high water-reducing agents or independently, dependent on project specifics.

2. While typically not used alone, BT-303 can be combined with water-reducing and set retarding mother liquors to mitigate slump loss, or with functional additives to craft admixtures with retarding, early strength, antifreeze, and pumping benefits. Application is refined through testing and compounding technology.

3. BT-303 is compatible with other admixtures such as early strength agents and air-entraining agents. Pre-use testing is advised, and it should not be mixed with naphthalene series water reducers.

4. When integrating active admixtures like fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material volume.
