GQ-203 Series Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer(Early Strength Type)

Short Description:

GQ-203 Series Early strength type is an eco-friendly new generation high performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer. It is based on the reaction between the molecule of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and cement, designing special structure molecule of polycarboxylate, to promote combination of granules of cements with hydrone, to finish hydrating and enhance the initial strength.

COMPATIBILITY

 

 

Do not use other types of water reducer or superplasticizers as a mix with GQ-203 series. GQ-203 series water reducer is compatible with selected GQ series retarder, air-entraining agents.Consult with us for advice.

Dosage

 

 

 

Dosage of GQ-203 should be decided according to the mix design, surrounding, the required water reducing rate and materials. A recommended dosage is 1.3%-3% of the total cementitious materials .Trial mixes should be made to determine the optimum dosage.

Shelf life

 

 

GQ-203 can be stored for 12 months at temperatures between -1 ºC and 50 ºC in tightly sealed original drums. If found to be frozen, thaw it and reconstitute by stirring.

GQ-203 water reducing type series is available in 1000kgs, 200kgs,25kgs drums or bulk delivery.
