1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended usage is between 5%-30% of mother liquor mixed with other materials to create a water-reducing agent, typically used at 1% ~ 3% of the binder's total weight.
2. Conduct an adaptability test before usage or when changing cement and gravel types or batches. This ensures compatibility and helps in formulating the right water-reducing agent proportion.
3. JS-110 can be applied alone or synergistically with slow-release mother liquors to minimize concrete slump loss. It can also be combined with functional auxiliaries for additional benefits such as retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Testing is essential for determining the best application method and conditions.
4. Compatible with various admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders. Ensure testing is performed prior to use. Avoid blending with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During application, mix and measure water should be added simultaneously to the concrete mixer. A preliminary mixing test is crucial to guarantee concrete quality.
6. For concrete containing active admixtures such as fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent dosage based on the total binder material amount.
Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC. Ensure packaging remains intact and unsealed for a shelf life of one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
