1. This product appears as a colorless or light yellow liquid. The recommended dosage is as follows: Typically, 5%-30% of mother liquor is combined with other minor ingredients to yield an efficient water-reducing agent. The water-reducing agent is generally used at 1% to 3% of the entire weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to using this product or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, conduct an adaptability test to ensure compatibility. Based on test outcomes, formulate the optimal proportion of the water-reducing agent.
3. This versatile product can be utilized independently or in conjunction with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, the quantity of slow-release mother liquor should be lessened). Alternatively, it can be blended with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with specific properties such as retardation, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capacities. Application methods should be based on thorough testing and formulation technology.
4. Combine this product with various admixtures like early strength agents, air-entraining agents, and retarders, ensuring to conduct tests before application. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers for optimal results.
5. For accurate results, determine concrete cement and mix ratios through rigorous testing. During use, water should be added and measured concurrently with the concrete mixer. Conduct a mixing test beforehand to guarantee superior concrete quality.
6. In scenarios involving active admixtures such as fly ash or slag, calculate the water-reducing agent as part of the total cementitious materials quantity for precise application.
Storage Guidelines: Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC. Keep packaging intact without unsealing for a shelf life of up to one year. Ensure protection from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
