3. Suitable for all industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing facilities.
1. Available in a colorless or subtle light yellow liquid form, the recommended usage is 5%-30% of mother liquor mixed with other minor materials to craft a water-reducing agent. Typically, the agent constitutes 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious components.
2. Prior to utilizing this product or altering cement and gravel types/batches, an adaptability test is crucial. This test guides the formulation of the proportion of the water-reducing agent.
3. This versatile product can be used independently or in synergy with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, a lesser quantity of slow-release mother liquor is required); alternatively, it can be combined with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping properties. Application methodology and conditions should be determined through testing and technological compounding.
4. Integrate this product seamlessly with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders, ensuring compatibility through preliminary testing. Mixing with naphthalene series water reducers is not advised.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be verified through testing. The measured water should be mixed and added to the concrete mixer simultaneously. Conduct a mixing test to assure concrete quality before proceeding.
6. In scenarios where active admixtures such as fly ash or slag are part of the concrete mix, calculate the water-reducing agent's amount based on the total cementitious material volume.
Storage: Preserve in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse maintained between 2-35ºC. Ensure packaging remains sealed for a shelf life of one year. Safeguard from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
