1. This product presents as a colorless or light yellow liquid. The recommended dosage involves using 5%-30% of mother liquor to blend with other materials to create a water-reducing agent, typically at 1% ~ 3% of the cementitious material's total weight.
2. Prior to application or when changing cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests to determine the optimal water-reducing agent proportion.
3. JS-103 can be used independently or combined with slow-release mother liquor for reduced slump loss. Alternatively, it can be compounded with functional auxiliaries for admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods should be established through meticulous testing and compounding technology.
4. Compatible with other admixtures like early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders, and should undergo testing before use. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratios must be determined through testing. When in use, incorporate mixed and measured water simultaneously in the concrete mixer. Pre-use mixing tests ensure concrete quality.
6. In concrete formulations with active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate water-reducing agent amounts based on total cementitious materials.
Storage Guidelines: Store in a ventilated, dry environment at temperatures between 2-35ºC, in intact packaging without unsealing. Shelf life extends up to one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
