3. Versatile for all industrial, civil construction, and commercial concrete mixing stations.
1. The product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Recommended dosage is generally between 5%-30% of mother liquor when mixed with other materials to create a water-reducing agent. Typically, use 1%~3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to use or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests. Formulate the water-reducing agent proportion based on test results.
3. Use this product independently or combined with slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. It can also be compounded with functional auxiliaries to achieve admixtures with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping functionalities. Application methods should be confirmed through testing and appropriate compounding techniques.
4. Compatible with various admixtures such as early strength agent, air entraining agent, and retarder; ensure testing before usage. Note: Do not combine with naphthalene series water reducer.
5. Determine concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. When applying, add measured water simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct mixing tests beforehand to ensure concrete quality.
6. For concrete mixes with active admixtures such as fly ash and slag, calculate water-reducing agent dosage based on total cementitious materials.
Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse at temperatures between 2-35ºC, with intact packaging and without unsealing. Shelf life extends to one year. Shield from direct sunlight and freezing.
