1. Presenting as a colorless or light yellow liquid, recommended dosages are as follows: typically, 5%-30% of mother liquor merges with other small materials to formulate a water-reducing agent. The agent's dosage is generally 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Prior to use or when altering cement and gravel types or batches, conduct adaptability tests. Formulate the proportion of the water-reducing agent based on the test outcomes.
3. This versatile product can be employed solo or combined with a slow-release mother liquor to mitigate concrete slump loss. Alternatively, blend with functional auxiliaries to create admixtures with retarding, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Determine application methods and conditions through rigorous testing and compounding technology.
4. Can be combined with diverse admixtures like early strength, air-entraining, and retarder agents, but ensure pre-use testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.
5. Establish concrete cement and mix ratios through testing. During usage, integrate mixed and measured water, or introduce simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Always perform mixing tests beforehand to guarantee concrete quality.
6. If active admixtures such as fly ash and slag are present in the concrete mix, calculate the water-reducing agent's quantity based on the overall cementitious material volume.
Storage: Maintain in a dry, ventilated warehouse within 2-35ºC, ensuring packaging remains sealed for optimal one-year shelf life. Shield from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
