1. Perfectly suited for a wide array of concrete formulations: early strength, retarded, precast, cast-in-place, flow, self-compacting, mass, high-performance, and faced concrete. It caters to both industrial and civil building needs, especially beneficial for low-grade commercial concrete.

2. Its versatility shines in ambitious infrastructure projects such as high-speed railways, nuclear facilities, water conservancy projects, subways, large bridges, highways, harbors, and wharves, making it indispensable for national-scale endeavors.

3. Tailored for diverse construction scenarios, this solution is a staple in both industrial and civil construction sectors, as well as commercial concrete mixing stations.

How To Use

 
 

1. Available as a colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended usage is as follows: generally, mix 5%-30% of mother liquor with other materials to craft a water-reducing agent. Typically, the agent comprises 1% to 3% of the total cementitious material weight.

2. Prior to application or when altering cement types or gravel batches, perform adaptability tests to determine the optimal water-reducing agent ratio based on results.

3. Employ this product individually or synergistically with slow-release mother liquor for reduced concrete slump loss (compared to JS-101B, necessitating reduced slow-release mother liquor usage); alternatively, blend with functional auxiliaries to develop admixtures featuring retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. Application methods and conditions should be ascertained through testing and compounding technology.

4. Combine with other admixtures such as early strength agents, air entraining agents, and retarders following prior testing. Avoid mixing with naphthalene series water reducers.

5. Concrete cement and mix ratios should be derived from comprehensive testing. During application, ensure simultaneous addition of mixed and measured water to the concrete mixer. Conduct pre-use mixing tests to guarantee top-notch concrete quality.

6. When incorporating active admixtures like fly ash and slag, calculate the water-reducing agent based on the total cementitious material weight.

Packing & Delivery

Our packaging solutions include 220kgs per drum, 24.5 tons per Flexitank, or 1000kg per IBC, with custom packaging available upon request.

Store the product in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse maintained between 2-35ºC. With packaging intact and unsealed, the shelf life extends to one year. Safeguard against direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
